New construction of a mixed-use development in Victoria, British Columbia. Working plans call for the construction of a 92,880-square-foot, two-story above grade fitness / recreation center.
Crystal Pool and Wellness centre replacement. Current work includes finalizing the construction schedule, advancing the latest design stage, procuring a construction manager, and planning recreation programs for the interim facility. Place for Community: Creating a facility that is welcoming and enables community-building. This project is a key municipal infrastructure priority and is anticipated to achieve the following target outcomes, subject to refinement through ongoing design development and Council direction: Project budget: $209.2 Million Target completion: Late 2030; Project Close-Out, 2031. TIMELINE: The project is underway, currently in the planning and design phase, and on track with the schedule and budget. Subtrades tender may be issued late summer, 2026. Construction timelines may be confirmed at that timeline.
