Provide new, complete, operational and tested mechanical systems for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and controls systems as described herein, indicated on the drawings and in conformance with applicable codes and standards. The scope of HVAC work for this project generally includes the following: Rooftop Air Handling Units (4) and ductwork Hydronic pumps (11) Heating water piping and pipe insulation Exhaust fans (3) Reheat coils (26) Heat exchanger (1) Expansion tank (1) Glycol tanks (2) Pre-operational pipe cleaning and Chemical treatment Direct digital controls Air and Water systems balancing Verification of HVAC systems operation and controls Duct cleaning Plumbing work includes the following: Condensate traps for rooftop air handling units. Demolition and builder's work includes the following: Removal of Rooftop Air Handling Units (4) and roof patching to suit new curbs Removal of ductwork and piping where indicated on Drawings. Concrete housekeeping pad in mechanical room. Painting of exposed ductwork. Removal and replacement of t-bar ceilings to accommodate mechanical work. Structural framing of roof deck penetrations. Other demolition, remediation, etc. as described in the Specification and on the Drawings. Controls work includes the following: DDC control of new HVAC systems New DDC space sensors in occupied areas served by the (4) new air handling units DDC control to support heating plant upgrades Electrical work to be performed by the Owner.
