Site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Port Hardy, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a 21,032-square-foot clubhouse / community center; and for the construction of a swimming pool.
The Port Hardy Multiplex project consists of a 1,954 m2 partial two storey expansion (with basement) of the existing facility in order to accommodate a new 25-metre in ground concrete pool, a leisure pool with water play features, lazy river, hot tub, water slide, sauna, change facilities and multi-use spaces. TIMELINE: This project has been cancelled and will not proceed at this time. Coverage is discontinued.
