This project, funded by the Disaster Mitigation and Adaptation Fund, aims to protect the Tsulquate community from future flood risks while considering climate change and sea level rise. The proposed infrastructure includes land raising, bridge raising, and the construction of an engineered beach dike/river dike. Interested consultants are invited to submit detailed proposals outlining their approach, experience with Indigenous communities, and environmental considerations.
