Renovation of an educational facility in Saint John, New Brunswick. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Renovations to the former WorkSafeNB building to create a new public elementary school amalgamating Grand Bay Primary School and Inglewood School. TIMELINE: Plans are conceptual. Provincial funding has been announced. Feasibility study results have indicated that it is not economical to convert the former WorkSafe NB building and the Owner is exploring alternate sites. RFP for design services is tentatively scheduled for 2026. Further update may be available late spring 2026.
