Bidders should note that this procurement is subject to the following internal trade agreement(s): Atlantic Trade and Procurement Partnership Agreement on the Opening of Public Procurement for NB and Québec Canadian Free Trade Agreement New Brunswick Procurement Act and Regulation 2014-93 City of Saint John of Saint John Policy for the Procurement of Goods, Services, and Construction Canada - European Union Comprehensive Economic and trade Agreement The work is to be completed no later than June 30, 2023. A bid bond or certified cheque payable to the City of Saint John in the amount of ten percent of the tender price must accompany each tender. Payment of $50.00 (non-refundable) is to be made through the City's Customer Service Area (City Hall) or by contacting (506) 658-4455. Following payment, tender documents may be obtained from Utilities & Infrastructure Services, 1st floor, 175 Rothesay Avenue, Saint John, New Brunswick.
