New construction of a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a medical facility; 1,482,700-square-foot, 21-story above grade, 1,090-unit multi-residential development; and elderly care / assisted living facility.

Development of a comprehensive continuing care retirement community. New, smaller medical and hospital facilities will also replace current facilities over time. The residences will be built sequentially, and all construction will finish on the previous project before planning for the next project begins. The project will be developed in phases; Phase 2 - Finchview Residence; 15-storey building; 110 retirement and assisted living units and 110 senior apartments. Phase 3 - Gorgeview Residence; 15-storey seniors apartment complex; approx. 130 units above a campus fitness and wellness centre. Phase 4 - Cityview Residence; 18-storey building; 150 senior apartments and 120 retirement and assisted living units. Phase 5 - Parkview Residence; 21-storey building; 160 senior apartments and 130 retirement and assisted living units. Phase 6 - Courtview Residence; 8-storey building; 100 independent units and 80 retirement and assisted living units. TIMELINE: Project is conceptual only and currently on hold. Phase 1 construction is complete (Forestview Retirement Residence - 537 Finch Avenue West, North York). Scope of work and project schedules for future phases are being evaluated by the owner; there are currently no timelines to proceed. Further update spring/summer 2027. *Budget is unreleased.
