New construction of a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a medical facility; and multi-residential development.

Development of a comprehensive continuing care retirement community. The project will be developed in phases; Phase Two, Finchview Residence, will have 110 retirement and assisted living units and 110 senior apartments in a 15-storey building. Phase Three, Gorgeview Residence, will have approx 130 units above a campus fitness and wellness centre in a 15-storey senior's apt complex. Phase Four, Cityview Residence, will have 150 senior apartments and 120 retirement and assisted living units in an 18-storey building. Phase Five, Parkview Residence, will have 160 senior apartments and 130 retirement and assisted living units in a 21-storey building. Phase Six, Courtview Residence, will have 100 independent units and 80 retirement and assisted living units in an 8-storey building. New, smaller medical and hospital facilities will also replace current facilities over time. The residences will be built sequentially, and all construction will finish on the previous project before planning for the next project begins. TIMELINE: Phase One construction is complete (Forestview Retirement Residence - 537 Finch Avenue West, North York). The owner has repurposed hospital building on the site as the North York General Hospital Reactivation Care Centre, tender issued in January 2021. The owner expects the next development stage to proceed will be determined pending completion of the North York General project, followed separately. The scope of work and schedules for future phases are being evaluated by the owner as part of the exploratory evaluation. The owner expects further design, tender and construction timing of the next phase to proceed may be released in 2026/2027, timing is undetermined.
