Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Sturgeon County, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a 48,320-square-foot, one-story above grade, 1,200-seat educational facility.
New building construction of Camilla K-9 School Replacement, Riviere Qui Barre, Sturgeon School Division No. 24, including landscaping, site works and Demolition & Hazmat Abatement of the current Camilla School located at 146 26500 Hwy 44, Sturgeon County, AB T8R 0J3, Canada. The proposed new K-9 School will be located in 148 26500 Hwy 44, Sturgeon County, AB T8R 0J3, Canada. The new school will have a built-out capacity of 600 Students, and shall attain enhanced commissioning and a LEED Silver Certification. There are four new modular classrooms and one vestibule with this school. The Total Gross Floor Area (GFA) on the main floor is 4,489 m2, The main floor construction is structural slab, with radon mitigation system. There will be solar panels installed on this school. Riviere Qui Barre Ag Society will retain the present section of Camilla School that includes the gymnasium, ancillary spaces and four classrooms that will not be demolished. Clark Builders may have been bidders however information on bidding not disclosed.
