Site work for a mixed-use development in Oshawa, Ontario. Working plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and transportation facility.
Construction of 18.7 km of rail line from Oshawa East to Bowmanville. The preferred route includes 4 proposed GO stations: Thorntons Corners East, Ritson Road (First Avenue and Howard Street), Courtice and Bowmanville on the route that uses the Canadian Pacific (CP) Railway existing alignment north of highway 401 through to Bowmanville. Project includes GO Rail Stations and Rail Service Extensions. TIMELINE: Infrastructure planning strategies are ongoing. Property acquisitions have taken place; additional demolition will be required. Construction timelines have yet to be finalized. Further update early spring 2026. *Contribution towards this project is 730.7 million. *Bowmanville Construction Partners (BCP), is a partnership between Ledcor CMI Ltd. and Dragados Canada Inc. was awarded an early-stage contract to advance infrastructure planning on the extension.
