Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in 108 Mile Ranch, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 34,865-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center; and one-story above grade museum.
Construction of a cultural centre & museum which would represent the five constituent native bands of the area. The facility will include a welcome area, spaces for exhibits, artifact display and storage, a multi-purpose room, kitchen and washrooms. TIMELINE: Construction is anticipated to commence shortly. The project will seek to achieve LEED Silver certification.
