Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Huntsville, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 160,000-square-foot, three-story above grade, 162-bed elderly care / assisted living facility; for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility; and 64-seat day care center.
Redevelopment of the existing facility by adding an additional 64 beds for a total of 160 beds. The general scope of the Construction Manager is to provide CM services throughout the Design, Pre-Construction, Construction, Commissioning and Closeout phases in the delivery of the new Fairvern Nursing Home. The Construction Manager is expected to be experienced in delivering high quality Nursing Home, Long-Term Care or Healthcare facilities, and has the capability and necessary resources to deliver a full and comprehensive scope of services as detailed in Schedule A1. Number of LTC Beds: 162 Other Uses: integrated 64-child childcare space (core and shell) GFA: +/- 160,000 sq ft.
