Site work, renovation and addition to a medical facility in Huntsville, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,778-square-foot medical facility; for the addition of a 986-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

Renovation and addition to the Huntsville District Memorial Hospital to upgrade for a new SPECT CT. Construction to commence when feasible in Spring 2022. The project consists of renovating the existing Hospital area in Diagnostic Imaging housing an existing nuclear medicine camera. An addition of space to the building will accommodate the new SPECT CT footprint as well as new mechanical room. There will be associated sitework and rock blasting of adjacent escarpment. Interested General Contractors only. The area of existing renovation to house the new camera is approximately 164.6 m2. A new addition for the camera is approximately 91.3 m2 which includes a mechanical/electrical room of 39.8 m2. The new addition will be slab on grade, conventional footings, steel structure with O.W.S.J. and metal pan at roof. Infill walls from metal stud and metal siding.
