Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a stadium in Sunderland, Ontario. Completed plans call for the addition of a 16,000-square-foot, two-story above grade stadium; for the renovation of a stadium; for site work for a stadium; and for the demolition of a stadium.
The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, renovations to the main lobby area including new washrooms and amenities. Existing rooms are to be repurposed. The ice surface will be made larger by way of an addition to the main structure. Existing bleachers will be modified to suit the wider ice surface. New dasher boards will be installed. The existing refrigeration plant will be replaced along with all piping and concrete slab. An addition including six (6) new changerooms will be constructed. Owner only provides plans and specs to their prequalified contractors. Interested sub trades, manufacturers and suppliers should contact the prequalified contractors.
