Renovation of a fire / police facility in Cambridge, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 13,746-square-foot fire / police facility.
The intent of this Request for Tender is to obtain offers to perform all works and services required to complete the entire scope of work referred to as T2019-23 Fire Station #1 Renovation (the "Project") located at 1625 Bishop St N, Cambridge, Ontario. The brief scope of work includes addition of new structural steel to support existing structure, replacement of existing cracked masonry block with new, replacement of various windows, ceiling and paint work as required. Questions relating to this Request for Tender shall be submitted in writing and shall only be directed to Ryan Scott, Manager of Procurement, 519-740-4680 x4746, scottr@cambridge.ca Submission of a signed Tender shall constitute that Bidder's unconditional statement that it understand(s) the requirements of this Request for Tender and its agreement to comply with same Value Range: 100,001 ~ 1,000,000 $ Construction to begin May 2019, with Substantial Performance to be achieved by December 2019. Total Performance achieved by February 2020.
