Site work, renovation and addition to a stadium in Drummondville, Quebec. Working plans call for the addition of a three-story above grade stadium; for the renovation of a stadium; and for site work for a stadium.
Expansion and renovation of the Marcel-Dionne Center. The scope of the project includes an addition to both sides of the center to install an entry lobby with a ticket office and a souvenir shop, 21 administrative offices for the hockey club and recreation department, and a meeting room as well as alterations to existing areas. The scope of work also includes repairs of the exterior cladding and roofing, replacement of the seats to increase the capacity from approximately 3,000 to 3,700 seats, renovation of the changing rooms and bathrooms, improvement of the building accessibility. TIMELINE: The owner has authorized an amendment to the professional architectural and engineering services contract to update the final plans and specifications in accordance with the project's new vision and new construction codes. According to the preliminary schedule a tender for the general contractor will be issued in early/spring 2026, work will begin in 2026 and continue through 2028.
