Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before presenting his tender, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. Only those who have their principal place of business in Canada and in the territories covered by the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario ( ACCQO) as well as the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement between Canada and the European Union (CETA) and who have obtained through the portal in their name the tender documents issued by the master of the work. In addition, the successful bidder must be registered in the Register of enterprises eligible for public contracts (REA).
