Reference number : 1601749 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-05-24 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope Stabilization and maintenance work on the Fromagerie stream The City of Drummondville is requesting the contract to carry out maintenance and stabilization work on the Fromagerie watercourse in the rue Daragon sector in order to resolve the problem of erosion, remove sediment and correct non-conforming drain outlets. The City incurs no liability for the fact that written notices or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before presenting his tender, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. Any tender to be valid must be accompanied by a deposit or a surety the amount of which is equal to 10% of the total of the tender including taxes. Only those who have their principal place of business in Canada and in the territories covered by the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO) and the Agreement on the Liberalization of Public Procurement are eligible to bid. of Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB) and who have obtained through the site in their name, the tender documents issued by the contracting authority. In addition, the successful bidder must be registered in the Register of enterprises eligible for public contracts (REA).
