Site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Sherwood Park, Alberta. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Construction of additions and renovations to the existing facility. Work may include demolition of the Mahones Building, construction of a new North Entrance and Exit, construction of a Service Bay, Fuel Station and Single Automatic Wash Bay. Future work may consist of a new Bus Maintenance Bay, and a Bus Storage Bay, and a new North Parking with 210 stalls. TIMELINE: Project is currently part of the owner's mid to long-term capital plans. No design or construction is expected to ensue prior to 2024. Further update may be available in 2023. *Budget to be determined.
