New construction of a multi-residential development in Thorold, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 55,836-square-foot, five-story above grade, 60-unit multi-residential development.
Work included under this Contract covers two new residential buildings located on 5 Baker Street Street, Thorold, Ontario for TMNPHC - 60 Unit, 5 Storey building covering 5170 m2. The Work to the building shall be substantially completed by June 2023 (Occupancy July 2023.) The estimated construction budget is approximately 16.5 million.
