Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Phoenix, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
This project will relocate and rebuild the new Taxiway B3 Connector at Deer Valley Airport (DVT) in the configuration recommended by the DVT Master Plan Update, dated June 2015. Major scope items associated with this project include, but are not limited to: removal of existing taxiway and taxiway connectors, construction of new asphalt pavement and subgrade for connectors with FAA specified materials, construction of unpaved shoulders, reconstruction of impacted airport drainage areas, addition and replacement of electrical lighting and signage, pavement marking and airfield signage, implementation of a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), as well as other items as need to complete the project. This is a federal-aid project. The prevailing basic hourly wage rates and fringe benefit payments, as determined by the Secretary of Labor pursuant to the provisions of the Davis-Bacon Act, shall be the minimum wages paid to the described classes of laborers and mechanics employed or working on the site to perform the contract. This project will utilize federal funds and is subject to the requirements of 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 26 and the U.S. Department of Transportation DBE Program.
