Plans call to Develop a corridor plan for Old Highway 99 from 73rd Avenue to the Urban Growth Boundary at 93rd Avenue. It is assumed that the project will be phased for construction and phase one will include work for 73rd Avenue to 79th, phase two will include work for 79th to 88th, and phase three will include work for 88th to 93rd. This project will add additional capacity and turn lanes with bike paths, sidewalks, illumination, storm drainage, landscaping, medians and intersection improvements. Per the owner, as of May 9, 2022, they have not selected a design team or a general contractor.
