A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The construction work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, the following: The project scope includes furnishing and installing a 2,800 SF pre-fabricated modular building, placing new concrete slab and curb, providing new electrical panel and lighting, installing building fixtures, and installing minor landscaping. Contractor shall also be responsible for submitting plans and structural design/calculations for the new pre-fab building to the Citys Building Department for review and approval prior to fabrication and construction. The Contractor is required to submit all required permits (local and State) for demolition and excavation if needed prior to start of work.
