Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Pasadena, California. Working plans call for the construction of a 2,800-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

**As of May 12 2022, the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The construction work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, the following: The project scope includes furnishing and installing a 2,800 SF pre-fabricated modular building, placing new concrete slab and curb, providing new electrical panel and lighting, installing building fixtures, and installing minor landscaping. Contractor shall also be responsible for submitting plans and structural design/calculations for the new pre-fab building to the Citys Building Department for review and approval prior to fabrication and construction. The Contractor is required to submit all required permits (local and State) for demolition and excavation if needed prior to start of work. Contractor Representative is required to notify the Citys Project Manager at least two weeks prior to the start of the contract work. All other code compliance requirements necessary to complete this scope of work not mentioned herein which are required by the Plans, City of Pasadena Standard Specifications, or these bid Specifications, shall be performed, placed, constructed, or installed, and the total bid price submitted shall include the cost of all such incidentals even though they are not specifically mentioned in the preceding description of work or in the Bidders Proposal.
