Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Des Peres, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Scope of Work consists of selective demolition and renovation of the existing City Hall building, a new site plaza, and existing parking lot renovation. The building scope of work is primarily located in the lower level, however, infrastructure, utility, and interior work will occur on all levels. In addition, the project scope includes the removal and replacement of one (1) hydraulic elevator, a new fire suppression system throughout the building, new mechanical equipment, and a new electrical service. The building will remain occupied and in operation during construction. Not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages shall be paid to all workers performing under this Contract in this area according to the rates determined by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of the State of Missouri.
