The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a contract with a qualified Contractor to provide all works and materials for the execution of the Deer Park Ranger Station Rehabilitation project, as well as all works and materials for the construction of the Campsite Training Center, 13560 Jefferson Avenue, Newport News, VA, in accordance with the specifications of this IFB. The Deer Park Ranger Station rehabilitation project requires the demolition of the current ranger station and separate restroom buildings, as well as the construction of a new 4800 SF Ranger Station with adjacent public restrooms. The Campsite Training Center project entails the construction of a new 1,200 SF facility that will consist of two offices and a community room.
