Renovation of a water / sewer project in Glen Cove, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
**As of 4/19/2019 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Nassau County Department of Public Works is requesting proposals from firms to provide Construction Management (CM) services including Resident Engineering, Office Engineering, Inspection, CPM scheduling, and Cost Estimating services. The Construction Contractor is responsible for establishing the Baseline CPM and subsequent updates. The Construction Manager's services for CPM Scheduling are described in the Scope of Services herein. These services are to be provided in connection with Construction Contract S3P311-11G which is for repair, replacement, Code required improvements, and flood mitigation at the Roslyn Village, Morgan Park, and Shore Road collection pump stations in Nassau County. Extensive coordination with the Nassau County Department of Public Works (DPW) will be required. Estimated construction cost is $3.9 million.
