This Contract will be constructed under the Technical Requirements, and Terms and Conditions of the Maryland Department of Transportation, State Highway Administrations Standard Specifications for Construction and Materials, and any subsequent revisions thereto, and the General Provisions of the Anne Arundel Countys January 2001 Standard Details and Specifications for Construction and Design Manual and any subsequent revisions thereto. The cost range for the Project is: $1,000,000 - $3,000,000.
