The improvements include removing existing medians, installing medians, sidewalks, asphalt pavement, cycle track, streetlights, storm water infrastructure improvements, landscaping, and traffic signals. Arlington County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, cancel this solicitation, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in procedure. A bidders submission of a bid indicates acceptance of these terms.
