Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work will consist of the construction of roadway on new alignment from existing All American Boulevard near the northwestern end of Laurel Park Trail to just west of George Browder Boulevard then from George Browder Boulevard to Park West Boulevard. The work will consist of the construction of roadway on new alignment from existing All American Boulevard near the northwestern end of Laurel Park Trail to just west of George Browder Boulevard (Phase 1) then from George Browder Boulevard to Park West Boulevard (Phase 2) in Mount Pleasant as shown on the Plans. Construction activities include, but are not limited to clearing and grubbing, grading, storm drainpipe and structure installation, asphalt paving, sidewalk, concrete curb and gutter, pavement markings, permanent signage, landscape installation, irrigation system installation, and associated miscellaneous work. Also included in the work are utility relocates and improvements (water main), traffic control, and erosion control. The total length of the project is 3,025 linear feet of new alignment roadway. Construction time for the project shall be five hundred forty (540) calendar days from the commencement date in the Notice to Proceed.
