This Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of eight (8) mobile classroom trailers and two (2) restroom trailers, as well as select concrete sidewalk demolition, cutting and capping / removal of water and sewer lines, removal of utility poles, site grading, new concrete sidewalks, and landscaping /sod activities. Any required hazardous material abatement will be completed by the Owner. The Owner has retained the services of a Program Manager to represent the Owner's interest during the construction of the work.
