Site work for a road / highway in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
In general, but not limited to, the Work will include asphalt speed hump installation, thermo plastic chevron installation and signage installation and the installation of mechanical (rubber) speed cushions. These devices will be installed on both Town of Mount Pleasant and SCDOT owned and maintained roads. Questions Due Date: May 5th 2022, 12:00 PM EDT Separate Performance and Material and Labor Payment Bonds equal to one hundred (100%) percent of the contract amount will be required from the successful Bidder upon signing of the Contract, if applicable. All Bidders and subcontractors shall be properly licensed by the State of South Carolina. Bonding shall be provided if the bid amount is $50,000 or over. All work shall be completed within 120 days from receipt of Purchase Order. The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bid Documents, to negotiate with all qualified Bidders, to accept or reject any or all Bids received as a result of this solicitation and to cancel, in part or its entirety, and to award or refrain from awarding the project, if it is in the best interest of the Town to do so.
