Description: Phase 2 RTP South The Phase 1 Revised Construction Project (let February 10, 2011) stopped at the entrance to Network Appliance (NetApp), on Louis Stephens Drive, just south of the intersection of Louis Stephens Drive and Kit Creek Road, as indicated on the Phase 1 Drawings. Phase 2 RTP South begins at the south side of the entrance to NetApp, on Louis Stephens Drive and continues to Little Drive, O''Kelly Chapel Road and Davis Drive, as shown on the Project Drawings. All of the work described here after in the drawings and specifications is under this Phase 2 RTP South Contract with Wake County. This Bid covers Phase 2 RTP South only The Project consists of the following major items: Approximately 8,000 LF of 8-inch reclaimed water line, 4,000 LF of 12-inch reclaimed water- main, and associated items Your firm is invited to submit a Bid, under seal, to the Owner for construction of a reclaimed water pipeline located in Wake County. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Unless all Bids are rejected, Award will be made to the lowest, responsible, responsive Bidder, taking into consideration quality, performance and the time specified in the proposals for the performance of the Contract. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Price, must accompany each Bid, and shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for bids. Submit your Bid on the Bid Form provided.
