Saving Project...

Site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Ponoka, Alberta. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a fitness / recreation center; swimming pool; for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center; and clubhouse / community center.

Repurposing of the existing Culture and Recreation Complex for a new facility. Plans call for a new three-storey fieldhouse and a second level walking/jogging track in the 1st phase; and upgrades to the arena in the 2nd phase; construction of an aquatic centre addition in the 3rd phase; and renovations/upgrades to the existing community centre in the 4th phase. Project also includes relocation of two baseball diamonds and associated work. TIMELINE: Design is preliminary. Project schedules are subject to completion of a comprehensive site master plan and further funding. Further update may be available in 2025. *Estimated cost to be confirmed.
