New construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Brampton, Ontario. Design plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; and for the construction of a sidewalk / parking lot.
Upgrade to the existing station. The scope includes; Update of the interior of the station building, installing new elevators, a new platform, canopies, pedestrian access tunnel work, upgraded station interiors, vertical circulation, lighting, digital signage, communications, and expanding parking to approx. 60 net-new spaces. TIMELINE: Detailed design is complete. The architect is undertaking review and redesign of vehicular circulation including Kiss and Ride and Bus loop and preliminary design of a new Station Building. Tender and construction timing is not finalized.
