Sheridan's intention is to select and establish a primary and secondary proponent Vendor of Record ("VOR") to provide mechanical and HVAC services for the term indicated in Section 1.3.2. The primary proponent shall have first right of refusal for any work requested. If the primary proponent cannot provide services for whatever reason, the secondary proponent shall provide Sheridan with the work as described in this RFP. Sheridan estimates that the selected proponents will be responsible for individual projects ranging from one hundred dollars ($100.00) to fifty thousand dollars ($50,000). Sheridan reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to solicit quotes outside of this VOR arrangement for work with a value that meets or exceeds fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) per project. The initial term of the Contract shall begin from the date of award for twenty-four (24) months, with three (3) optional twelve (12) month extensions.
