Demolition, site work, paving and renovation of a municipal facility in West Palm Beach, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
This project will provide for the redevelopment of approximately 20 acres of land currently occupied by the County's Airport Maintenance Division facilities and storage areas. The Project will consist of the demolition of existing structures, as well as, the addition of new infrastructure to support aviation-related development in the future at Palm Beach International Airport. As of April 29, 2022, this project is included in the Palm Beach County 2016-2020 Capital Improvement Program and currently in on indefinite hold. A construction timeline has not been released. Information regarding an architect, general contractor or method of selection have not been disclosed. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
