Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in West Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and playground / park / athletic field.
The Construction Manager shall provide all preconstruction phase services necessary to establish a GMP within the established construction budget and in accordance with the established construction schedule as well as all construction phase services following award of the GMP for each school identified in this Project Notification. The Construction Manager may be required to complete portions of the construction on an occupied campus as directed by the Owner. The Construction Manager shall provide deferred maintenance, but not limited to, ADA and CSIR compliance requirements, the renovations, repairs and improvements which may include, but not limited to, building envelope repairs, compliance requirements, fire and life safety improvements, HVAC systems, intercom and sound systems, interior repairs/improvements, lighting, parking lot/site improvements, playfield and exterior repairs/improvements, plumbing and bathroom improvements and other Work as may be required by the Owner. Construction shall incorporate all of the requirements set forth in the permitted Construction Documents, School District of Palm Beach County Master Specifications, District Design Criteria, State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF) 2014, Florida Administrative Code (FAC) and Florida Building Code. The CONSTRUCTION MANAGER shall carry out the construction in accordance with the requirements stated on Department of Education's SREF 2014 and FAC Chapter 6A-2.
