CR Number: 2056237 The main features of this single-bid project shall include, but not be limited to the following: Heating Plant upgrades: Replace Heating Plant Controls, Motor Control Center, Cooling Tower and two VFDs. Modify Heating Plant Make-up Water Heater. Mechanical Services Bldg: Replace Heating Plant Controls, Motor Control Center, Cooling Tower and two VFDs, Modify Heating Plant Make-up Water Heater. Decentralize Physical Education Building. Install three 2,000,000 BTU/HR boilers, two plate and frame domestic water heaters, piping and ancillary equipment. All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
