Demolition and new construction of a mixed-use development in Waterloo, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a clubhouse / community center; four-story above grade educational facility; and 500-space parking garage.

The construction of a community hub which will involve a rebuild of waterloo Collegiate. TIMELINE: Project is conceptual. The City of Waterloo, Waterloo Region District School Board and Wilfrid Laurier University have formed the Northdale Neighbourhood Partnership. A Feasibility Study Report was completed in 2016 and a Phase 2 report was completed in 2018 to lay the groundwork for a detailed site Master Plan to be developed. t this time, there are no publicly available timelines for this project to proceed. Coverage of this report is discontinued at this time. This is a joint-venture between the owners; funding split has yet to be determined.
