Site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Fort Myers, Florida. Completed plans call civil work for a water / sewer project.
***As of March 5,2019 project has been awarded but award amount information is not yet available. The City of Fort Myers is seeking a licensed and qualified firm to provide Construction Manager-At-Risk (CMAR) services for the East Booster Tank and Booster Pump Station project. The project consists of construction of a prestressed concrete water storage tank, pump station, emergency generator, and associated sitework including paving, grading, stormwater management, utility connections, fencing and landscaping. Also included is a constructability and value engineering review, the installation of SCADA telemetry and the startup commissioning of the tank and station. The site is currently under design and 60% plans are expected to be submitted in January 2019.
