Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in El Paso, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
The El Paso Independent School District proposes to construct an approximately 96,000 sf Academic Building, a 4,000 sf Weight Room Building and 50,028 sf of renovation in the existing Auxiliary Gym at Jefferson High School(RFCSP No. 19-049) Project No. 17.624 All questions regarding this RFQ shall be directed in writing to Terrance Freiburg, via email tsfreib1@episd.org, with copies to Sheila Henderson via email at Sheila.Henderson@jacobs.com no later than May 16, 2019 at 5:00 pm. The successful proposers will be required to fully complete the Project within the time limit set forth in the Contract Documents, and liquidated damages shall be assessed for each calendar day in excess of that date required by the successful proposer to achieve Final Acceptance of the Work by the Owner.
