The Eastside Sports Complex site is located at 14380 Montwood Drive, El Paso, Texas 79938, near the intersection of Montwood Drive and John Hayes St. Legal Description of Site The Eastside Sports Complex site is located on Tierra del Este Unit Seventy-Nine Lot 29, Block 501. See Appendix E - Survey.The City of El Paso assigned and authorized the Capital Improvement Department to manage the successful development, implementation, and completion of Phase II of the Eastside Sports Complex. On August 7, 2017,City Council approved additional funding for this project.The characteristics of this project will require a high degree of cooperation and coordination between the City of El Paso Capital Improvement Department (CID) and the Design-Build Team. The Project is comprised of the design and construction of Phase II of Eastside Regional Park, approximately 42-acres, as described in Appendix C of this RFQ. The Design-Build Team shall perform all services and work necessary to complete and deliver the Turn-Key Project in accordance with the terms of the Design Criteria Package (DCP) and Design-Build Service Agreement (DB Agreement) and shall complete the design services to include deliverables of construction documents and specifications as well as Construction Administratioservices by the Design-Build Team's Design Professional of Record. There will be only one (1) DB Agreement.Generally, the Design-Build Team's scope of services and work will include the planning, development, design,engineering, and construction of the site work, facilities, parking, roadways, and related improvements for the Project, including but not limited to all architect, engineering, construction, and other services necessary for the successful development, execution and completion of the Project. The scope of services and work generally described herein will be defined in detail in the DB Agreement.
