Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and new construction of a mixed-use development in Granite Quarry, North Carolina. Completed plans call civil work for a stadium, educational facility, sidewalk / parking lot and water / sewer project.
This request for proposals is for Outdoor Learning Center, Phase II (Amphitheater) for Rowan-Cabarrus Community College. Specific goals and requirements for the project are addressed in the North Campus Outdoor Learning Center, Phase II Owner’s Project Requirements dated November 23, 2016. The scope of work for this selection will include, conceptual design, schematic, design development, and construction documents, construction administration, and project close-out. Project will include site work, building construction, and fit out yielding fully functional elements integrated into the existing occupied campus. This Architect shall seek all required approvals, handle prequalification and bidding, and administer the construction under a prequalified hard bid single prime delivery model. The project will be designed and administered under State Construction Office requirements and the RCCC Facilities Design Manual. The method of contractor selection is not determined at this time.
