Site work for a water / sewer project in Surrey, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes construction of a duel cell, 13.6 ML reinforced concrete portable water reservoir, underground valve chamber and other related work. The key components of the Work are generally described as follows: -Construction of a dual cell, 13.6 ML reinforced concrete potable water reservoir and underground valve chamber. -Construction of above ground access building and secondary egress structure. -Supply, fabrication and installation of process piping, storm sewer, sanitary sewer and plumbing including valves and appurtenances. -Construction of the City of Surrey gravity main connection. -Supply and installation of electrical, instrumentation and controls systems. -Supply, fabrication and installation of heating and ventilation systems. -Construction of paved access roads, noise barriers, drainage swales and other drainage features. -Restoration, clean-up and landscaping. -Leak testing, commissioning and testing. -Other related work and/or matters including, but not limited to construction of access roads, pedestrian and traffic control, compliance with safety requirements.
