Plans call for a major mixed-use development at former Valley View Site. The site includes 150.5 acres of developable land, of which Carpere plans to develop 100 acres. The site features more than 350,000 square feet of existing buildings and 1.3 kilometers of internal roadways Phase 2 will focus on renovating the former administration and hospital buildings, along with the former kitchen and dining area about 90,000 square feet in total. These buildings will house new greenhouses and AI data centres. Phase 3 will refurbish the former laundry, maintenance and storage building to accommodate another AI data center. The total investment in the project is expected to be around $485 million. TIMELINE: Wallace Insights is working on the concept design plan for the Owner. Carpere has submitted a re-zoning application with the City of Moose Jaw and pending approval The initial phase of construction is expected to begin in 2026; The full build-out is projected to take five to eight years.
