Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a stadium in State College, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; for the addition of a 500,000-square-foot stadium; for site work for a stadium; and for the demolition of a stadium.
Project consists of a multi-phased renovation of Beaver Stadium. The first phase will include priority maintenance projects and architectural and design development. The second phase will include a new press box, ongoing code upgrades, accessibility improvements, improved rest rooms, upgraded concessions, Wi-Fi and cellular upgrades and additional seating options and is expected to begin in January 2025 and scheduled to be finished by August 2027. As of January 10th, 2025 demolition work is currently underway on the press box portion of this project.
