Prime contracts will include: (1) Earthwork, Sitework, Pavement & Concrete; (2) Landscaping and Seeding; (3) Design Build Irrigation System; (4) Fencing; (5) Alternate Turf Fields WH1 and WH2, (6) Site Electrical Construction; (7) General Trades Restroom Facility; (8) Plumbing - Restroom Facility; (9) HVAC - Restroom Facility; (10) Building Electrical - Restroom Facility & Maintenance Building.
