The Owners award of this contract is conditioned upon Bidder or Offeror satisfying the good faith effort requirements of 49 CFR 26.53. All proposals shall be on Form No. 96 as prescribed by the State Board of Accounts and must be accompanied by a Financial Statement, and must be properly and completely executed and shall be accompanied by a properly completed non-collusion affidavit. After opening bids, no bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days, without written consent of the Owner. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of Five Percentage of the contract price, which check shall be made payable to the order of the Indianapolis Airport Authority, Indianapolis, Indiana. INV-3 Contractors awarded a contract will be required to furnish acceptable surety bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price. Said performance and material and payment bond shall remain in effect for twelve (12) months after the date of the Owners final acceptance of Contractors work. Should a successful bidder withdraw his bid or fail to execute a satisfactory contract, within seven (7) days, the Authority may declare the bid deposit forfeited as liquidated damages.
