Renovation of an educational facility in Victoria, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Construction of seismic upgrades to the existing facility. TIMELINE: This project is conceptual and is proposed as part of the owner's 2027-2028 Five Year Capital Plan and is pending provincial funding approval. Schedules for design, tender and construction will be confirmed once provincial funding is in place. Further update in late spring 2027.
