Renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Victoria, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for the addition of a two-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
Phased upgrades and redevelopment of the northwest section of Carnarvon Park in Oak Bay. Scope of work includes construction of a new 2-storey field house, plaza and associated amenities; splash pad and playground; new tennis and pickleball courts; and new parking areas and perimeter pathways. The upgrades will be phased over at least five years. Construction Phase 1 will involve tender and construction of the new filed house and plaza; Phase 2, the tender and construction of the splash pad and playground; Phase 3, the tender and construction of new ball courts, all-wheels area and parking lot; Phase 4, the tender and construction of southern parking and perimeter pathways. TIMELINE: Project is pending funding. Master Plan process for the potential redesign and redevelopment of a portion of Carnarvon Park, is underway. Updates may be available in late summer 2025, upon approvals.
